John K. Leynes is a Florida Certified Registered Contractor with a wide range of both Residential and Commercial Construction experience. John received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky. John's areas of expertise include interior commercial build-outs, historic renovations, and residential additions/remodeling. He is greatly knowledgeable of wood-frame, block wall, and tilt-up construction. Prior to working for JSL Company, Inc. John was a Superintendent overseeing multiple fast-track tenant improvement projects. He has overseen individual projects with a value of up to $3 million. John is a native Floridian and grew up in Jacksonville.
